3. Scope of Services

AntivirusKey.in operates as a digital retailer providing legitimate software license keys for activation of Microsoft, Adobe, and other branded software. We do not develop, modify, or own the software applications being activated. Copyright and intellectual property for all software remain with the respective manufacturers.

4. Product Delivery

Upon successful receipt of payment through our integrated WooCommerce checkout system, digital license keys are dispatched electronically via email and/or WhatsApp. Delivery is deemed complete once the license key is transmitted to the contact details provided at checkout.

Customers must ensure that the email and phone number entered are accurate and accessible.

5. Use of License Keys

License keys sold on AntivirusKey.in are single-use and digitally distributed. Customers are responsible for:

Verifying software and system compatibility before purchase.
Proper usage of the license according to the software manufacturer’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
Installing the software on compliant and non-compromised systems.
License keys, once delivered, become the sole responsibility of the customer.
Some digital products are available for download only and do not include license keys. These are provided strictly for testing purposes.

6. Special Terms for Adobe Software

Adobe products provided by AntivirusKey.in are pre-activated for customer convenience.
These are not cracked, pirated, or illegal versions.
The installer may include a pre-activator file, which Windows Defender or antivirus programs could flag. This is a false positive. Customers may need to temporarily disable antivirus software during installation.
Customers must not sign in with an Adobe ID or attempt to update through Adobe servers, as doing so may break the activation.
Adobe software sold through this website is intended for offline use only.
Online services and features that require an Adobe account will be unavailable.
The seller is not responsible for issues arising from attempts to sign in, update, or misuse the product.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend pricing or discontinue products at our sole discretion without prior notice. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways integrated with WooCommerce.

8. Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, we maintain a strict No Refund policy except under the following exceptional conditions:

The license key delivered is defective and has been verified as non-functional by the manufacturer’s servers.
A duplicate order has been placed and reported within 3 days of purchase.

We do not entertain refund requests under the following circumstances:

Software incompatibility with your device.
Change of mind after delivery.
Refusal or failure to disable antivirus software during installation.
Misunderstanding of product features or terms.
Issues due to incorrect email address or contact number provided at checkout.

Office 365 validity is 2–5 years.

In case of any technical error, key delivery may be delayed. If you message us before delivery, we can offer a refund. However, once the key is delivered, no refunds will be issued due to the digital nature of the product. If installation instructions are not included with the key due to a technical error, you may need to wait for support from our team or refer to YouTube for installation guides related to your purchased product.

9. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it is processed immediately. Hence, cancellation requests will not be entertained. Customers are urged to thoroughly verify product descriptions and compatibility before confirming purchase.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and store personal data through the WooCommerce checkout process. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, and purchase history.
