Digital Licenses:

Should you encounter any issues with a digital license, our first course of action will be to replace it with a new license code. If the problem persists and the license remains non-functional, you may request a refund by emailing us at support@antiviruskey.in within 3 days of your purchase, provided the license key is inoperative. Please note, we cannot issue refunds beyond this timeframe.

Refunds will not be granted for compatibility issues. It is crucial for customers to verify software compatibility before purchase, as we merely facilitate the sale of licenses. All software is supplied by Microsoft, and copyright remains with the respective company.

Refunds will only be considered for duplicated orders; no other reasons for refunds will be accepted.

Defective key codes will be replaced upon verification. The determination of a defective code is based on Microsoft’s output and is made at our discretion.

For MS Office 365, only your preferred name is available, not the domain. We disclaim any responsibility for this limitation, and refund requests related to this matter will not be entertained.

Once digital license keys are dispatched via WhatsApp or email, they are irrevocably released into your possession, and refunds will not be processed. It is important to understand that once keys are sent, they cannot be retracted.

We rigorously test all preactivated products on our devices, ensuring their functionality. If the software fails to meet your device’s system requirements, please note that this is not a fault of ours, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Rest assured, our software is free from viruses. If flagged by your antivirus software, please temporarily disable it during installation. You may reactivate your antivirus once the installation is complete.

Given the nature of digital products, once downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded. Therefore, refunds will not be provided after the download has been completed.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be canceled. We encourage customers to review their orders thoroughly before finalizing their purchase.
