Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AntivirusKey. We value your trust and want your experience with us to be clear and smooth. Please read our policy below for details about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Digital Licenses

License Not Working?
If your digital license doesn’t work, we will first try to replace it with a new one.
If it still doesn’t work, you can ask for a refund by emailing support@antiviruskey.in within 3 days of your purchase. Refunds are only possible if the license is confirmed as not working.

⏳ Note: Refunds will not be accepted after 3 days from the purchase date.

When Refunds Are Not Possible

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Software Compatibility: Please check if the software works with your system before buying. We only sell the license; the software is provided by Microsoft.

  • License Already Sent: Once we send the key via WhatsApp or email, it becomes non-refundable.

  • Downloaded Products: Once downloaded, digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Office 365 Domains: Only your preferred name can be set; we do not offer domain customization.

  • Device Problems: If your computer doesn’t meet the requirements, we are not responsible.

  • Antivirus Alerts: All our products are virus-free. If your antivirus blocks it, just disable it during installation and enable it afterward.

When Refunds Are Possible

  • If a license is confirmed non-functional after we try a replacement.

  • If you accidentally place a duplicate order.

All refund requests will be reviewed and approved only if they meet our conditions and Microsoft’s confirmation.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges if your license is defective. After we check and confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement key.

Cancellation Policy

Once you place an order and we send the license key, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

Important Disclaimer

AntivirusKey is not responsible for:

  • Any technical problems or errors on your personal computer.

  • Any issues that arise after incorrect setup or installation.

  • Any refund claims based on unsupported features or compatibility issues.
