Returns and Refund Policy

Digital Licenses:

In the event that a digital license is found to be defective, we will first replace it with a new License code. If the issue persists and the license key remains non-functional, a refund may be requested via email to support@antiviruskey.in within 3 days of the purchase date, provided the license key doesn’t work. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure software compatibility as we act solely as a license seller. All software is provided by Microsoft, and the copyright belongs to that company.

The only circumstance in which a valid and working license can be refunded is in the case of a duplicated order; no other reasons for refunds will be entertained.

Defective key codes will be replaced. The determination of defective codes can only be made by the company based on an output from Microsoft.
- In MS Office 365, only your preferred name is available, not the domain. We take no responsibility for this limitation. Please note that refund requests will not be entertained in this regard.
- Once the digital license keys have been dispatched via WhatsApp or email, refunds are not applicable. It’s imperative to grasp that once the keys have been disseminated, they are irreversibly released into your possession, highlighting the absolute impossibility of retracting them.
Cancellation Policy:
- Once an order is received, it cannot be cancelled. We kindly ask customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
